General information

The CIBERIA Project, coordinated by the University of Salamanca, presents this free course designed to offer a practical and applied vision of cybersecurity. It is aimed at professionals in the technological, security, and management fields who need to bridge the gap between European regulations and the daily operations of their organizations.

The main objective of the course is to provide a clear understanding of how to integrate cybersecurity regulations, strategy, and practice.

The training consists of five short modules, lasting between 10 and 15 minutes each, covering key topics such as applicable regulations (GDPR and CRA), cyber threat intelligence, team collaboration through the Purple Team approach, and risk management using methodologies like MAGERIT. This allows students to gain a comprehensive and up-to-date perspective to apply this knowledge within a professional context.

By enrolling in the course, you agree to receive an email with information about SOC-T services and the trust seal.

Methodology:

The course is structured into five training "pills" of approximately 10 to 15 minutes each, designed to offer clear, direct, and easily digestible content. Although technical topics are addressed, they are explained in an accessible manner, using examples and analogies that facilitate understanding for diverse profiles.

The approach is highly practical: each module incorporates a real-life case study that allows for the application of the concepts covered and encourages reflection on situations close to the professional environment. Therefore, it is recommended to set aside additional time for analysis and discussion.

Once the training is completed, organizations wishing to continue advancing in this field can access CIBERIA's free services, such as the Trust Seal or the SOC-T, which are aimed at providing guidance and strengthening their cybersecurity capabilities. The free cybersecurity services offered by the CIBERIA project can be requested by emailing ciberia@usal.es
